Job Summary

An established Mechanical Contractor with over 15 years experience delivering projects across the Commercial Hospitality and Residential sectors is seeking a BIM/Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team.

The company specialises in all aspects of mechanical installations including heating plumbing air conditioning ventilation and BMS systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP modelling working with the latest release.
Proven experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) within building services design gained from either a consultancy or contractor environment.
Strong communication skills and understanding of the construction process.
Ability to comply with and maintain company BIM/Revit/CAD standards and workflows.

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with Fabrication CAD-MEP FAB-PARTS within Revit and COBie implementation.

Personal Attributes

Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Additional Requirement

Candidates must be willing to take the UKVI IELTS test as part of the application process.
