Role Purpose:
Were looking for an enthusiastic detail-driven team member to help shape extraordinary moments at the Williams Racing Experience this role youll play a vital part in coordinating and delivering a diverse range of premium events ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class and unforgettable experience. Main Duties:
- Process internal and external event bookings maintaining accurate records
- Scope and confirm event programmes including catering timings and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage the event diary and highlight concerns to the Events Manager
- Provide front-of-house event support and contribute to creative development of guest experiences
- Collate guest feedback and work on continuous improvement of standards and delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients demonstrating excellent relationship management skills
- Maintain high attention to detail and a calm approach when working under pressure

- Ensure understanding of and compliance with health and safety obligations.

- Work to quality standards and identify and contribute ways to continuously improve department and personal performance.
- Ensure understanding of cost cap rules and requirements.

- Skilled in organizing and executing events from concept to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with clients vendors and stakeholders
- Effective in presenting ideas and managing expectations diplomatically
- Committed to providing a high level of guest satisfaction and client service
- Innovative in event concepts design and attendee experience
- Works effectively within a team and can lead cross-functional groups when required
- Responsive professional and adaptable to changing client need
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Strong organisational time-management and communication skills
- Basic budgeting and financial tracking understanding
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
