ROLE
Purpose
As HSE Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy. Youll work closely with the Senior HSE Advisor to promote a positive safety culture ensure legal compliance and support continuous improvement across all HSE activities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about safety who enjoys working collaboratively across all levels of the business.
Reporting into the Senior HSE Advisor key responsibilities will include:
- Support and conductrisk assessmentsand implement effective control measures.
- Assist withlegislative complianceand HSE management systems.
- Carry outaudits inspections and monitoringactivities.
- Supportincident investigations corrective actions and reporting.
- DeliverHSE training and awarenesssessions.
- Supportwaste managementand ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Contribute toHSE committee meetings promoting engagement and safety culture.
- Maintain accuraterecords documentation and reports.
- Supportemergency arrangementsand physical site security.
- Participate in internal and externalauditsand site visits.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practice.
CANDIDATE
- Basic knowledge ofHealth Safety & Environmentalpractices or relevant operational exposure.
- Strongorganisational communication and administrativeskills.
- A proactive hands-on approach to compliance and risk management.
- Confidence usingtechnology and digital systems.
- A passion for learning and developing HSE expertise.
