Senior Audit Associate
Location: Colombo (Onsite)
Fulltime Role 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (LK Hours)


What Youll Be Accountable For

As a Senior Audit Associate youll be at the forefront of our audit engagements driving excellence and delivering valuable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing multiple audit engagements ensuring impeccable accuracy stringent compliance and timely completion.

  • Leveraging cutting-edge data analytics and advanced ERP systems to significantly enhance audit efficiency and uncover deeper insights.

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements and intricate business processes proactively identifying critical risks and strategic opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tailored audit solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

  • Articulating key findings and strategic recommendations with clarity and impact to both clients and key stakeholders.

  • Staying ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes actively contributing to the refinement of our audit methodologies and best practices.


Experience Skills and Knowledge Required

Were seeking a dedicated and ambitious professional who possesses:

  • Partial qualification in CPA CA ACCA or CIMA demonstrating a robust foundation in auditing and finance. A degree in Accountancy or Finance is a distinct advantage showcasing your commitment to professional mastery.

  • A minimum of three years of progressive internal or external auditing experience with a strong preference for experience gained within a Big 4 firm.

  • Proficiency in CaseWare and Accurri is highly desirable enabling you to seamlessly integrate with our existing tools.

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple complex assignments under tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English essential for building strong client relationships and conveying intricate information clearly.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in modern audit tools and data analytics techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to both work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
