SALARY: LKR 85000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication with professionalism.
- Deliver high-quality customer support for Australian clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems.
- Resolve client issues through strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in client servicing customer support or call center roles.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to work across Australian time zones.
- Based in Colombo with immediate availability.
