Since our launch weve built a community of over 800000 users have processed more than 2 million audio files and signed contracts with leading audio brands like Elgato Radio France International or Deutsche Welle. We recently closed our 5M Seed round with leading investors like Partech and Connect Ventures alongside Inovia Capital FOV Ventures Intuition and Arc Investors.

Were an in-person team of audio and technology enthusiasts based out of Berlin. We love being in the office hanging out together and learning from each other everyday.

Tasks

• Design & Implement APIs: Architect build and maintain RESTful and event-driven microservices using FastAPI.
• Database Management: Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL schemas queries and migrations for high throughput and reliability.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy monitor and scale services on AWS (EKS RDS S3) following best practices.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Build and orchestrate Docker containers with Kubernetes (EKS) to ensure seamless deployments.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Testing & Quality: Write unit integration stress and end-to-end tests to uphold code quality and Design: Collaborate on software architecture decisions especially around microservices event streaming and system observability.

Requirements

• Startup Experience: 6 years in a high-velocity startup or product-centric environment shipping features end-to-end.
• Languages & Frameworks: Expert in Python and FastAPI with a strong grasp of modern API design.
• Databases: Proficient with PostgreSQL (indexes migrations tuning) and familiarity with at least one NoSQL store.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on AWS experience (compute storage serverless).
• DevOps Tools: Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD toolchains.
• Testing Mindset: Deep understanding of the testing pyramid and test frameworks (pytest unittest).
• Software Architecture: Proven track record designing scalable fault-tolerant microservices.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Helm.
• GitHub Actions and shell scripting for automation.
• Audio processing pipelines or DSP familiarity.
• Observability stacks: Prometheus Grafana ELK/EFK.
