Key Responsibilities

As a backend Software Developer you have a solid technical foundation and a strong focus on growing your development skills; You are able to deliver complex tasks working individually or pairing with others and you have a significant amount of experience in different domain.

You will be part of a team creating new services and client-facing applications using the latest technologies which will shape the future of banking for client; You will develop and support highly scalable high-performance APIs within an Agile development team

Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing.

Automate processes within the development pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market and enabling continuous delivery.

Design and develop code structures based on technical design defined by the team.

Work within an Agile product team comprised of technical product and business team members to deliver exceptional products.

You will actively seek out knowledge about new technologies and how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges.

Excellent communication including the ability to distill technical details into human terms.""

Required Qualifications:

Cloud experience in one of OCP AZURE or AWS Prefer OCP4 minimum (3x) years.

java/spring experience minimum (5x) years.

LINUX/AIX experience minimum (3x) years.

Cloud experience minimum (3x) years.

GITHUB ACTIONS experience minimum of (1x) year.

GITHUB experience minimum of (2x) years.

Agile experience minimum (3x) years.

Trading business domain knowledge

Experience with Equity Options Mutual Funds FX Mutual Funds GIC New Issues and Fixed Income Securities (bonds coupons money market and tbill)."

Required Skills:

Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud Salesforce CRM legacy modernization and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services APIs) application integration service-oriented architecture event-driven architecture application architecture distributed architecture data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms languages protocols frameworks open source etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business telecom infrastructure security audit vendors and software engineering. Driven by challenges and proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
