What Youll Do
- Rapidly ship and own backend product lines and infrastructure;
- Design fast reliable and secure systems that scale with the company;
- Translate big ideas into clear plans and high-impact launches;
- Lead technical decisions and architecture design.
Profil
Who You Are
5 years of hands-on backend engineering experience
Strong Python skills (Django experience a plus)
Cloud proficiency with AWS or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker (plus but not required)
Degree from a top-tier engineering program (Top 5 IIT 8.5 GPA preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindsetstartup experience or founder background valued
Strong technical leadership and ownership mindset.
