Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Agency Growth Manager to join our team at Ageas Federal Life Insurance. The role involves recruiting and managing insurance advisors driving sales growth and achieving business targets through fieldwork and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruit train and manage a team of insurance advisors.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and sales targets.

Drive agency growth through field visits and consistent engagement with advisors.

Provide motivation guidance and performance support to advisors.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build strong client and advisor relationships to sustain business growth.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing/insurance (field experience preferred).

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication networking and people management skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Only male candidates (due to frequent field visits).

Fixed salary up to 30000 per month.

Petrol allowance of 4500 per month.
