Hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration and strong knowledge in Workday Talent & Performance modules of Workday. And has a deep understanding of the creation of organization types job profiles compensation employee self service etc.
Must be able to setup any configurations related to Workday Performance modules along with creating required reports EIBsBPs and security setups needed to support Workday Performance.
Good understanding of Workday security model and business process
In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration calculated fields and advanced reports.
Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration.
Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support to stakeholders
