The SuccessFactors Transaction Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR transactions maintaining data accuracy and ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management through the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The role requires strong attention to detail process adherence and collaboration with HR teams employees and system administrators to support HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRIS Transactions & Data Management
Execute employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors (onboarding transfers promotions exits etc.).
Maintain employee master data with high accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements in data handling.
Perform mass uploads corrections and updates as per business requirements.
2. Process Execution & Support
Process requests raised by HR Business Partners line managers and employees through the system.
Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data updates (new joiners exits compensation changes etc.).
Coordinate with IT and HR teams for system-related issues enhancements and error resolutions.
Generate and validate reports for audits dashboards and leadership reviews.
3. Compliance & Governance
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Ensure all transactions are aligned with internal SOPs and quality standards.
Support internal/external audits by providing accurate system records.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identify and escalate recurring issues gaps or process improvement opportunities.
Provide inputs to HRIS team on configuration enhancements and workflow simplifications.
Support testing activities during new module implementation upgrades or system changes.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central essential; Payroll/Performance/Recruitment modules preferred).
Proficiency in HR transactions reporting and data validation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and HR stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot system/process issues.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration IT or related field.
1 3 years of experience in HR operations HR shared services or HRIS roles.
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central is mandatory).
Exposure to payroll support HR compliance and HR analytics is desirable.
