Job Title: Strategy & Operations Contractor
(Fraud Operations & Account Integrity Specialist)

ABSOLUTE MUST HAVEs:
3 years in fraud/account integrity/trust & safety
Ops/support background at scale
Excel SQL (working proficiency)
Strong communication stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
- Process Audits & Improvements
- Audit current fraud support processes.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Provide recommendations for stronger fraud prevention.
- Collaboration with Investigations Team
- Understand new/emerging fraud trends.
- Translate investigative findings into actionable insights.
- Tooling Feedback
- Gather input from fraud/support users on tools.
- Write requirements for product/engineering teams to build or improve fraud tools.
- Tactical Fraud Support
- Jump in on urgent fraud cases or spikes.
- Help handle new fraud patterns as they emerge.
Qualifications Needed
- 3 years in fraud trust & safety account integrity or similar functions.
- Background in operations/support at a large business.
- Comfortable with analytical tools (Excel SQL preferred) to pull data and build reports.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (since theyll work with investigations product operations and strategy).
Other Details
- Reports to Lead for Account Integrity (Strategy & Ops team).
- Remote role US-based full-time hours.
- Covering for a Leave of Absence (LOA) - so its temporary.
