Job Description

Salesforce Developer

Location: Chicago IL - hybrid onsite (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!)

Long term contract

- Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications.

- Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup roles and security customization of objects fields record types and page layouts.

- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.

- Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce.

- Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions.

- Perform data quality audits and de-duplication.

- Support integration with other systems.

- Assist in system upgrades new features implementations and release management.

- Create documentation and support materials.

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
