Job Description
Must Haves:
- 6-8 years of experience supporting the Operational roles of new and existing network Devices
- Experience with Cisco routers Switches and Wireless Access Points
- Experience Monitoring and responding to alerts and outage conditions
- VMWare
- Cisco Routers and Switches
- Wireless controllers and Access points
- SolarWinds
Plus:
- Active Directory
- Infoblox
- Server Builds for Windows and/or Linux
- SAN storage/Hypervisor
- Patching
- NERC
- Cyber Security
Network:
Device configuration: Installing and configuring network devices like routers switches and load balancers.
Network maintenance: Performing routine checks updates and patching to maintain network stability and performance.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving network issues including connectivity problems slow performance and security breaches.
Security implementation: Implementing network security measures like access controls encryption and intrusion detection systems.
Performance monitoring: Tracking network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize network usage.
Any addition information: Responsibilities: Perform operational roles and support techs on BOC projects.
