Role Overview

As anAppointment Setter / New Business Sales Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hamptons talent solutions.
  • Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers fuelling the pipeline for the business development team.
  • Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff.
  • Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hamptons full service offering.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales lead generation telemarketing or inside sales.
