Job Description

Role: Production Technician (Midas Capsule)

Location: Los Angeles CA (On-Site)

Employment Type: Temporary - Hourly Rate: $20

Role Overview

SprintRay is seeking a motivated Midas Capsule Production Technician to join our Los Angeles operations this role you will be responsible for manufacturing filling sealing and packaging SprintRays Midas capsules which are essential to our innovative 3D printing ecosystem.

This is a hands-on position where youll work closely with the Production team to ensure capsules are produced to the highest standards of quality accuracy and safety. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to gain valuable manufacturing experience this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking company.

What Youll Do

  • Operate equipment to fill seal and label Midas capsules according to batch specifications
  • Follow written procedures safety protocols and quality standards throughout production
  • Inspect capsules for accuracy consistency and usability before packaging
  • Package finished capsules for shipment ensuring proper labeling and traceability
  • Track and record completed batches reporting discrepancies or issues to supervisors
  • Maintain raw material and capsule inventory including cycle counts and replenishment
  • Keep work areas clean organized and compliant with safety regulations
  • Assist in scaling up new formulations for production as needed
  • Support general production and housekeeping duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in manufacturing chemistry labs or materials handling preferred (not required; training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Dependable punctual and collaborative team player
  • Comfortable standing for long periods bending and lifting
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced process-driven environment with deadlines
