About the Role:

At Autura were all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy ambition and a strong team spirit. Right now were looking for a Payments Account Executive (Merchant Sales Representative) to become a key player in revolutionizing merchant success with our premier payments product TowPay. This dynamic position melds outbound sales with strategic consultation empowering you to elevate and expand merchant relationships. Your mission is to boost TowPay adoption enhance retention and ensure comprehensive merchant satisfaction. From initial outreach to seamless onboarding and beyond you will lead merchants on a journey of success utilizing your in-depth knowledge of payment solutions a dedication to customer-centric service and a tactical sales strategy that delivers results.

What Youll Be Doing:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Engage potential clients through strategic research and outreach.
  • Deliver impactful TowPay demonstrations and manage the sales cycle.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Onboarding & Training:

  • Guide merchants through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for effective TowPay adoption.
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding plans.

Merchant Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular reviews to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Act as a customer advocate for continuous product improvement.

Retention Growth & Platform Adoption:

  • Monitor engagement and recommend strategies to optimize usage.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Support & Problem Solving:

  • Quickly resolve merchant inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Escalate critical issues for swift resolution.

Market & Product Expertise:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
  • Understand merchant challenges and needs in the evolving market.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.

About You:

Required:

  • 2 years of experience in sales customer success or account management in payments within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and driving customer retention.
  • Strong understanding of payments within the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and customer engagement platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with SMBs or merchants in retail hospitality or eCommerce sectors.
  • Knowledge of payment processing technologies and SaaS trends.
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Communications or a related field.
