Job Summary
The Product Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating new product development from concept through production. This includes managing timelines maintaining clear communication with overseas factories and problem-solving to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and experienced in apparel product development with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between designers factories and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage production timelines ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain strong communication with overseas factories to address challenges and resolve issues.
- Track progress identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions.
- Ensure all products meet brand quality standards before release.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in apparel or product development (childrens wear experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and cultures.
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Ability to work full-time in-office in Lakewood.
