Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product initiatives after initial training and onboarding.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.
- Translate requirements and workflows of the project into the Feature List and Wireframes
- Translate requirements into clear user stories acceptance criteria and workflows.
- Collaborate in prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable deliveries.
- Collaborate with design development QA and DevOps teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning review retrospective) for assigned projects.
- Track progress remove blockers and ensure deadlines are respected.
- Gather feedback analyze performance and continuously improve product features and processes.
- Have a value-driven mindset for product development: prioritizes the outcomes and benefits for the user and business over simply building features.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Hardworking & Reliable: Demonstrates commitment and consistency in execution.
- Critical Thinker: Able to assess situations identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in requirements documentation and reviews.
- Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for tasks outcomes and project success.
- Deadline-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and deliver under pressure.
- Quick Learner: Picks up new concepts tools and domain knowledge rapidly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (hands-on experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar project management software (preferred).
