Job Summary
Marketing Associate Position Available
Our client a dynamic and growing company in the marketing industry is seeking a Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will be a creative and motivated individual with an interest in digital marketing event planning and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing company events open houses and community gatherings
- Coordinate event logistics vendor communications and attendee management
- Create event materials and promotional content
- Draft and design engaging email campaigns and newsletters
- Create eye-catching landing pages for events and promotions
- Write compelling copy for various marketing channels
- Develop and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Monitor and engage with our online community
- Track social media metrics and suggest improvements
- Create and edit marketplace listings with compelling descriptions
- Optimize product/service postings for visibility and engagement
- Update and maintain marketplace inventory
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp Constant Contact etc.) preferred
- Photography or video editing skills preferred
- Previous event planning or coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics social media insights) preferred
