Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by managing payroll onboarding HRIS administration internal communications and employee lifecycle processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for people to contribute to the development of an engaged and thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing contracts conducting exit interviews and coordinating new hire orientation.
Manage and maintain HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Support the administration of employee benefits leave and other HR-related programs.
Coordinate HR documentation and administrative tasks including bookings scheduling and record-keeping.
Drive cultural development initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.
Develop and manage internal HR communications to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in HR coordination administration or payroll is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of HR processes labor laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach.
