The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina is seeking a Faculty-Led Program Coordinator in the Center for International and Special Programs. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Center for International and Special Programs.
As a Program Coordinator one of this positions primary responsibilities is the coordination of Faculty-Led study abroad programs including both spring break and summer programs. Faculty-Led programs are short-term international experiences designed and led by Citadel faculty which allow students to earn academic credit while gaining firsthand experience in global settings. The Coordinator will support faculty in the development planning and execution of these programs ensuring that both academic and logistical needs are met.
In addition this position includes event planning and support for key initiatives such as the annual Study Abroad Fair tabling and marketing events Matriculation Day Accepted Students Day passport fairs and classroom presentations. The Coordinator will also assist with various administrative tasks including organizing student and financial files processing reimbursements and supporting other operational needs of the office.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; masters degree in Higher Education Counseling Student Affairs or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in academic advising student affairs or a related student success role preferred but not required.
