American Workforce Group has partnered with a growing restoration company in Lacey WA to fill Restoration Tech and Restoration Tech Lead positions. We are looking for experienced individuals ready to take on challenging and rewarding work helping restore homes and businesses after fire and water damage.

Details for Restoration Tech / Tech Lead:
- MondayFriday
- $25$30/hour for Restoration Techs
- $30$35/hour for Tech Leads supervising a small crew
- 8:00 am4:00 pm typical shift
- On-call rotation required
- Frequent overtime available
Description for Restoration Tech / Tech Lead:
- Demo repair and restore residential and commercial properties after fire or water damage
- Use of hand and power tools
- Lead a small team (Tech Lead role only)
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and project managers
- Respond to emergency restoration calls as needed
Requirements for Restoration Tech / Tech Lead:
- Prior experience in fire and water damage restoration
- Asbestos certification required
- Must be comfortable using hand/power tools
- Ability to work in dirty environments crawl spaces attics and on ladders
- Supervisory experience required for Tech Lead role
- Flexibility to work overtime and respond to after-hours calls
