Job Summary

Title: BI Lead (AWS Cloud Onsite)
Location: Torrance CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C / H1B / Third Party)

Job Description:
Were looking for a Business Intelligence Lead with strong AWS experience to design and implement end-to-end BI solutions. The ideal candidate will architect data pipelines manage BI tools and deliver analytical insights through dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and manage AWS-based BI systems using Redshift Glue Athena Lambda and QuickSight.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards.
Lead and mentor BI developers ensuring quality and best practices.
Maintain governance compliance and security across data environments.

Required Skills:

8 12 years in BI/Data Engineering with at least 3 years on AWS BI stack.
Strong ETL/ELT experience and data warehousing concepts.
Expertise in QuickSight or other visualization tools.
Proven experience leading small technical teams.
