We are looking for our first marketing hire to help us scale awareness deepen customer relationships and drive commercial success globally. As Head of Marketing you will own and build the marketing function from the ground up. You will work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales to define our messaging grow inbound leads support partner GTM and position Progressive Robotics as the leader in no-code industrial automation. This is a strategic hands-on role for someone who can think like a marketeer and execute like a founder.

What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in industrial tech SaaS automation or robotics
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies in early-stage or fast-scaling environments
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials (one-pagers decks) website copy and product positioning
- Solid understanding of demand generation tactics including SEO paid campaigns and email nurture flows
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and defining lead handoffs (MQL SQL Opportunity)
- Comfortable owning or co-owning a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) for marketing-related workflows and reporting
- Highly independent organized and proactiveable to operate with minimal oversight and high accountability
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to evaluate and improve marketing performance
Bonus to have:
- Experience marketing to system integrators or robotics OEMs
- Familiarity with the US and EU industrial automation markets
- Proficiency in another European language
- Passion for robotics manufacturing or AI-driven innovation
