Position Summary

We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Trader covering global cryptocurrency market in New York time zones.

The candidate will be part of the global trading team working directly with the Head of Trading to help risk manage the OTC flow book as well as to ensure optimal daily execution and timely updates to investors and clients.

Additional part of the job is also to manage the risk of additional portfolios on a day to day basis.

The candidate should be able to run multiple projects in parallel understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritize projects and tasks while ensuring that we achieve our long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fields.

0 2 years working experience

Experience in trading (either professional or personal) is required. Experience at a sell side firm as trader in FX and Commodities is preferred.

Must understand micro market structure and liquidity in-depth

Must have been a user of various execution algorithms and understand the differences

Experience in managing risk a plus

Knowledge of systematic investing principles and techniques a plus

Experience in customer-facing role in trading related function a plus

Skills/Abilities

Well-organized detail-oriented; able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines in a fast-paced high demand environment

Excellent communication skill

Mature and thoughtful with the ability to operate in a collaborative team-oriented culture

Knowledge of crypto market is a plus

The candidate should be highly motivated and have highest level of integrity

Hard-working and eager to learn in a highly intellectual innovative environment
