In this role youll partner directly with the Director of HR & Compliance to support everything from onboarding and offboarding to compliance tracking performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives. Youll also get exposure to multi-state HR compliance immigration processes and recognition programsall while working across multiple business entities.
What youll do:
Guide new employees through onboarding and support their first weeks.
Help keep compliance and registrations on track across states.
Organize performance reviews and employee recognition programs.
Post promotions and milestones on LinkedIn to showcase our teams success.
Provide key support for immigration HR data and reporting.
