Your purpose

Actas a progress chaser and administrator on projects ensuring deadlines are metand presentations / decks compiled.

Completeall F&B menu changes in liaison with the Executive / Head Chef and Food& Beverage Manager plus external printer suppliers (as and whennecessary).

Liaisewith the Marketing department to ensure online menus and information regardingthe F&B outlets are up to date.

Organiseallergens and menu descriptions in conjunction with the Executive / Head Chefand Food & Beverage Manager inputting any updates on Kitchen CUT anddistributing to all departments.

Setup new menu items on Micros update in conjunction Kitchen CUT accordingly.

Maintainand develop systems procedures and records in line with Company policiesincluding assisting Head of Departments with the creation of Standard OperationProcedures and specification sheets.

Supportthe HODs with Scheduling on Fourth acting as the master rota creator asrequired.

Consolidateand streamline electronic filing systems each department.

Actas the Micros super-user with a working knowledge of the programming andadmin side of the Point-of-Sale system.

Orderequipment as requested raising Purchase Orders and submitting to the relevantHOD with signed invoices.

Coordinatebi-monthly stocktake on all stock that is non-food or drinks related such ascrockery glassware etc.

Assistwith any Health & Safety related projects and administration.

Actas the Mitel / phone system super-user and coordinate all updates withCharterhouse as directed.

Withthe Finance Department setup and coordinate all matters relating toVouchers.

Checkthe voids sales mix analysis refunds wastage and beverage flash dailyproviding weekly flash reports.

Analysethe revenue for cigars and tobacco versus stock to ensure no stock losses.

Offerassistance to each department on an ad-hoc basis as directed by the GeneralManager.

Arrangemeeting rooms plus attend and provide minute-taking at meetings as requiredincluding morning meetings HOD and departmental operations meetings.

Assistwith the coordination of team events meetings and training.

About you

A passion for delivering exceptional service with a flair for hospitality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a private members club five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
