What youll do:
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team and collaborates with the implementation teams in order to answer to customersneeds.
- Support the contracting and invoicing process.
- Follow up with customers and answer inquiries via email telephone.
- Perform any necessary administrative work including archiving filling reports or presenting sales team with necessary contractual documents.
- Offer support in the sales presentations offers RFP/RFI processesprepared for customers and ensure their compliance with internal rules and procedures.
- Update the internal tools and applications and with the necessary information.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness new product and feature launches of company activities industry trends and government regulations.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
What youll need to succeed:- Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must);
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Pro-active;
- Desire to learn;
- Good negotiating skills;
- Logic reasoning analytical and strategic thinking constitues an advantage.
- Good MS Office proficiency(Excel; Word; Powerpoint)
- Good English knowledge
