THE POSITION
- Oversee the delivery of food and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of prestigious independent schools and universities.
- Lead and develop operational teams to ensure excellence efficiency and a strong customer focus.
- Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Drive business performance through strategic planning financial management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and sustainability standards while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Leading and driving new site mobilisations.
- Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus.
THE PERSON
- Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support motivate effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls
- Proven leadership experience within food services hospitality or facilities management at a senior/State level.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets growth and client outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning.
- Inspirational leader who empowers teams drives performance and fosters a values-led culture.
