THE POSITION

  • Oversee the delivery of food and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of prestigious independent schools and universities.
  • Lead and develop operational teams to ensure excellence efficiency and a strong customer focus.
  • Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Drive business performance through strategic planning financial management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and sustainability standards while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Leading and driving new site mobilisations.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus.

THE PERSON

  • Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support motivate effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls
  • Proven leadership experience within food services hospitality or facilities management at a senior/State level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets growth and client outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning.
  • Inspirational leader who empowers teams drives performance and fosters a values-led culture.
