Job Summary
Scranton Chevrolet is looking to add an experienced auto salesperson to our team. Candidates should be career minded individuals looking for a long term work home. Our pay plan and structure is excellent allowing you the ability to earn extremely well while utilizing our sales processes and procedures. We recognize effort offer unlimited advancement opportunities and we prefer to promote from within. GM experience is a plus however we will consider candidates from all brands. Proper candidates should possess:
- At least 1-3years experience in auto sales or any business sales
- Clean and neat appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Solutions based mindset
- Willingness and ability to follow a process
- Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history
- Career minded attitude

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in purchasing & leasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Expertly explain product features and benefits
- Follow up with unsold prospects to increase sales
