Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy and hard-working Engineering Product Manager who will play a central role in the delivery of Internal AppleCare tools and applications. We are looking for someone who understands software development (Agile and SCRUM) and has experience working with software engineering design QA and across external teams to manage and supervise deliverables. The position is hands-on. Youll be deep in product details and requirements challenged to innovate and strategize new features build relationships and be people-focused to get results. As a member of our dynamic group youll have the rare and rewarding opportunity to craft upcoming products that will transform our internal operations.
- Extensive experience of full project lifecycle experience.
- Experience navigating complex software engineering challenges while working with various teams to resolve delivery dependencies.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and release planning.
- Understand both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- History of working with QA teams to determine issues that are resolvable and verifiable.
- Knows how to close the loop on work.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive a complex cross-functional and comprehensive project plan.
- Self-sufficient with the skills for learning.
- Deals well with rapid changes and remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
- Ability to influence lead and mitigate risks.
- Ability to independently learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication presentation organizational and leadership skills. Must be comfortable communicating with executive management and cross-functional teams.
