Job Summary
Compliance Accounting Specialist Immediate Opening!
Immediate need for a detail-driven organized and ready to make an impact Compliance Accounting Specialist. This role will help ensure projects run smoothly accurately and by the book.
- Hybrid (after 90 day training)
What Youll Do:
- Partner with subcontractors project managers and owners to reconcile billed quantities.
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with contracts insurance and regulations.
- Verify invoices and confirm rates/quantities with project owners and government entities.
- Support Accounts Payable with timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Monitor subcontractor payments for compliance with government small business programs.
- Prepare cost analysis and profitability reports recommending process improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Experience in project compliance job cost reporting (construction preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial systems a plus.
