Your Mission:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of the driving force behind Bitrefills scaling hiring success and employer brand. You will proactively attract and engage talent creatively promote our company culture and sell the opportunity to candidates in a way that excites them to join our team. You will lead effective end-to-end recruitment processes ensure an exceptional candidate experience and help us engage the best talent in the landscape of Tech and Product from all around the world.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire top talent.
    • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process including sourcing candidates screening CVs conducting interviews and extending job offers.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs create compelling job descriptions and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
    • Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards professional networks social media and internal databases to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Market Intelligence: Collaborate in market research to identify talent trends inform hiring strategies and provide market insights to hiring managers and leadership.
    • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Bitrefills appeal to potential candidates.
    • Data and Reporting: Maintain candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track recruitment metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

      You bring with you:

          • 5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in Product and Tech companies
          • Proficiency in various sourcing methods and tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
          • Strong employer branding skills able to creatively promote the company culture mission and opportunities to attract top talent.
          • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
          • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills both for candidates and internal stakeholders.
          • Knowledge of current recruitment best practices and industry trends.
          • Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor to leadership.
          • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to sell the company to candidates turning interest into applications.
