Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $780 - $1125 per week
Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing them with top-notch support and information regarding our products and services. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner.
- Providing detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communication.
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
