Were seeking an exceptional Office & Administration Support Manager to join our administration this pivotal role youll handle a diverse range of duties offering not only traditional office management support but also taking on engaging tasks in IT executive assistance travel and marketing. Youll lead the office ensuring everything runs smoothly and our company standards are upheld while delivering administrative support to our regional management team.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Manage and deliver internal customer communications and engagement

  • Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders and promote where possible onsite team engagement and communication

  • Assist in the development of regional promotional material and communications

  • Work with the wider FH branch to maintain effective connections

  • Overseeing general office operation and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function

  • Coordinate travel bookings accommodation and itineraries for staff

  • Organise staff events for the regional business

  • Provide direct administrative support to management as needed including scheduling appointments meetings

  • Order and manage IT equipment and phones for the region. Coordinate with service providers for repairs replacements and maintain appropriate records

Youll demonstrate strong initiative flexibility and a proactive mindset across a wide variety of administrative responsibilities helping to make the office an enjoyable and effective workplace. Youll thrive in high-pressure environments skilfully manage competing priorities and develop positive relationships throughout the organisation

Were looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager PA/EA or in a similar role

  • Outstanding communication abilities

  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organising and planning skills

  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders

  • Good document management experience

  • Able to work effectively and competently with people at all levels; internally and externally

  • Able to influence change and drive improvement initiatives in a team

  • A current full Class 1 drivers licence
