Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development professional to join our clients team in the hardware sector. Industry experience is not essential what matters most is strong sales ability business development skills and the drive to build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the business and expanding market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through prospecting client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 5 years experience in sales or business development (any industry).
  • Previous experience in the hardware or construction sector is an advantage but not required.
  • Relevant qualification in Sales Marketing or Business is preferred.
  • Valid drivers license essential.
