Please find below the key skills and responsibilities we are looking for in the new Linux Administrator position (5 6 years experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Install configure patch and troubleshoot enterprise Linux systems.
Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible for configuration management infrastructure as code (IaC) and routine task automation.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or similar scripting languages to streamline operations.
Monitor and analyze system performance using monitoring and log management tools.
Perform incident management and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support hybrid infrastructure environments.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) runbooks and knowledge base articles.
Support business continuity by ensuring system resilience security compliance and timely patching.

Key Skills & Qualification Requirements::

Strong expertise in Linux system administration including installation configuration patching and troubleshooting of enterprise Linux environments
Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management infrastructure as code and automation of routine operational tasks.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash or similar scripting languages to streamline system tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Knowledge of system monitoring tools and log management platforms for performance tuning and incident management.
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical systems.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Exposure to VMware virtualization Windows Server administration and backup solution (2 years L2 Practitioner level).
