Salesforce B2C Tech Lead
Exp: 8Yrs
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware) Tech Lead is responsible for leading technical development and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for eCommerce platforms. Heres a general job description:
Responsibilities
- Architect design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Lead backend development efforts including SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations.
- Oversee code quality performance optimization and security best practices.
- Manage third-party integrations (payment gateways OMS CRM analytics).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers solution architects product managers).
- Define and enforce coding standards CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex multi-site environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development.
- Expertise in SFRA OCAPI SCAPI and server-side scripting.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ISML Git Jira Confluence.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps principles.
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification (required) Architect Certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
