Summary
As General Manager of a Millwork Company you will hold a critical role in the organizations growth and success. Your responsibilities involve strategic planning goal setting and overseeing operations related to millwork production.
Responsibilities
-Develop and manage budgets for the millwork division tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the millwork department ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
-Manage and optimize production efficiency ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of products.
-Provide strategic leadership for the millwork division aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
-Develop and implement business plans to drive growth efficiency and profitability in the millwork segment.
-Implement corrective actions for quality issues and continuously monitor processes for improvements.
-Manage and optimize production efficiency ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of products.
-Provide strategic leadership for the millwork division aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements
-Experience in Innergy Software is a MUST!
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

-Bachelors degree in business administration Operations Management or a related field.
-In-depth knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes materials and industry trends.
-Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and achieving production targets.

-Ten years experience in a leadership role within the millwork industry or manufacturing setting.
