Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication has the flexibility to handle late-night calls and can efficiently coordinate tasks with SEO PPC and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage post-sales client calls.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for SEO PPC and Development teams.
Ensure smooth work allocation and tracking across teams.
Follow up on deliverables and timelines maintaining a professional flow of communication.
Build positive client relationships by providing clarity updates and issue resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of assigned tasks status updates and client feedback.

Requirements

Basic understanding of SEO PPC and web development concepts.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work flexible/late hours as per client needs.
Organized proactive and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Prior experience in digital marketing or client servicing is a plus.
