Job Summary
Medical Receptionist Portland
Pay: $20$24/hr Schedule: MonThu 7 AM5 PM No nights or weekends
Do you enjoy being the friendly face that helps everything run smoothly Blackstone Pain Medicine is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Portland this role youll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important part in making their visit a positive experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
Welcoming patients and visitors with a professional caring attitude
Scheduling and confirming appointments along with insurance verification
Collecting co-pays and assisting with follow-up on missed appointments
Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
Keeping the reception area tidy and inviting
Supporting the office with general administrative tasks
