As an Operations & Support colleague you assist both internal teams and external users. You act as a point of contact for colleagues hospitals and patients ensuring processes tools and logistics run this way you help everyone at Luscii focus on what really matters: making an impact in healthcare.
Your tasks are varied and cover the full operational spectrum at Luscii including:
Managing systems and internal tools: ensure colleagues can work safely and efficiently keep documentation up-to-date according to ISO and GDPR standards coordinate trainings and maintain audit-ready systems.
Providing user support: acting as a first point of contact for healthcare professionals and patients ensuring questions are answered promptly and issues are resolved efficiently.
Supporting daily operations: handling contracts payroll absence registration and onboarding/offboarding of colleagues.
Organizing internal logistics: managing workspaces devices and documentation to create a structured and efficient environment.
Supporting digital care programs: translating content into clear practical and user-friendly information.
