Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Coordination Executive / Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination ensuring seamless communication effective data management and timely execution of tasks across departments to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities between internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.
- Manage analyze and maintain data using advanced MS Excel tools (formulas pivot tables dashboards and trackers).
- Assist in the preparation of presentations reports and official documentation for management.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and take complete ownership of assigned tasks.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in communication and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: (Hons.) or equivalent.
- Strong command over MS Excel (including formulas pivot tables and data analysis).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
