Software Engineer Rotational Program Early Career

OurCore Development Program is a rotational experience designed for soon-to-be graduates (BS MS or PhD) looking to build a strong foundation in software engineering. The program offers opportunities in front-end back-end and/or full stack development across our product teams. Youll contribute to real codebases and collaborate cross-functionally gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies.
Program Highlights:
- 3-week onboarding and training: Learn core technologies tools platforms and best practices.
- Two 6-week team rotations: Complete two 6-week software development projects with different InterSystems product teams (HealthShare IntelliCare Data Platforms Financial Services)
- Mentorship and support: Work closely with experienced engineers for guidance and career development.
- Team placement: At the end of the program participants transition to their long-term role with a team based on interest fit and business needs.

What Were Looking For
Education & Background
- Soon-to-be graduates with a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Mathematics Physics or a related STEM field. Graduation dates ranging from December 2025 to August 2026.
Technical Skills
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript Python Java C C#)
- Understanding of data structures algorithms and object-oriented programming
Professional Attributes
- Strong problem-solving communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn new tools technologies and domains
- Initiative shown through personal academic or team projects
InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience education skills and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
