We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead the companys market expansion and business growth initiatives in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will have C1/C2 proficiency in English (spoken and written) in-depth knowledge of the local business environment and a proven track record in beauty & wellness finance entertainment and manufacturing sectors.
New Business Development: Identify assess and execute growth opportunities across priority industries leveraging emerging market trends and competitive advantages.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders investors regulatory bodies and senior executives to drive sustainable growth.
Market Expansion: Design and implement market entry strategies partnership agreements and project execution plans for long-term revenue growth.
Market Intelligence: Provide insights on regulatory frameworks economic drivers and sector-specific risks to support executive decision-making.
Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and mentor local talent to build high-performing teams.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all business activities comply with international standards ethical practices and regulatory requirements.
