Location: Santo Domingo Dominican Republic (remote/hybrid options available)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead the companys market expansion and business growth initiatives in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will have C1/C2 proficiency in English (spoken and written) in-depth knowledge of the local business environment and a proven track record in beauty & wellness finance entertainment and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8/10 years in business development sales or strategic growth roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions and proven success in closing high-value deals.
- Language Skills: English C1/C2 fluency (written and spoken) required; Spanish fluency essential.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or International Relations; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
