Short Description
The Digital Workplace Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support and solutions for audio and video technologies conference room collaboration hardware and a variety of mobile devices including iPhones Rover phones iPads and Surface tablets. This role also encompasses responsibilities related to digital signage and wayfinding hardware and software ensuring seamless operation and integration within the organizations digital workplace infrastructure.
Experience Required
0-3 years experience required.
Education Requirements
High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent work experience required.
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.
Special Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience required in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
General knowledge of solution-specific systems and supporting third party hardware or software required.
