Job Description:
- This position plays a key role in providing recruiting support for Microchip Bangalore.
- Use various recruitment channels to attract and recruit candidates for all positions
- Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro active market research and on going relationship management
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
- Vendor Management
- Managing recruitment activities through applicant tracking system
Requirements/Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources
- Ability to work independently and manage requisitions
- Effective Communication Skillswritten verbal and presentations
- Advanced computer skills proficient in MS office applications with a high level of expertise in Excel as well as any HRIS System
- Excellent multi tasking abilities and detailed oriented as well as strong interpersonal skills.
