Position Title: Pharmacist
Location: Hyannis MA
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Days (5x8)
Shift Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays; primarily 3:00 PM 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with occasional 4:00 PM 12:00 AM or 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: $3000 $3200

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPharmacist for an exciting Travel or Local job inHyannis MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dispense and verify medications for inpatient and outpatient use
Ensure compliance with laws regulations and professional standards
Monitor drug therapies for interactions allergies and contraindications
Provide drug-related education to patients and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and medication inventory control
Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives
Collaborate with providers to optimize medication outcomes
Work rotating weekends holidays and varying shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
Current and valid pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts
Prior hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management
Proficiency in EHR and pharmacy software systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and time management skills
