Job Description
Our client an established civil litigation firm with offices in San Francisco Walnut Creek and Nevada is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Associates to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed California attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience eager to develop litigation experience in a dynamic team-oriented and supportive environment.
In this role you will work closely with a partner and depending on your experience may manage your own caseload. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation court appearances discovery depositions motion practice mediations client communications and trial preparation. Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work is highly valued.

We also offer a performance-based bonus program tied to billable hours. 1850 minimum billable hours
